Return Policy

General Returns We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product(s) in accordance with the following guidelines: Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. Perishable items, such as fresh produce or food items, cannot be returned unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  3. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  3. If eligible for an exchange, we will facilitate the exchange process, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
  1. Perishable goods that are not damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
  2. Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered specifically for you.
  3. Products with expired shelf lives or products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item, we will bear the return shipping costs. If the return is due to reasons other than our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

AfriSupermarket Affiliate Program

To become an affiliate, you must apply through our website and meet the eligibility criteria we set forth. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion, without the need for justification. You must not engage in any unethical or illegal promotional activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates are solely responsible for the content and manner of their promotions. Any claims made should be accurate and supported by evidence. You will earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through your affiliate links. The commission rate and structure will be specified on our website or communicated to you directly. Commission payments will be made on a regular basis, subject to meeting any minimum payment thresholds. Commissions will not be paid for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account and withhold commissions if we suspect any violation of these terms or unethical behavior. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and without cause by providing written notice. You may use the promotional materials and affiliate links provided by us for the sole purpose of promoting AfriSupermarket. You must not modify, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. During the course of the affiliate program, you may gain access to confidential information about AfriSupermarket. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the affiliate program. By participating in the AfriSupermarket Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not join the affiliate program.

AfriSupermarket Gift Card

The AfriSupermarket Gift Card is a digital voucher provided in the form of a unique code. The Gift Card code is redeemable for eligible merchandise and/or services at AfriSupermarket, as applicable. The value of the Gift Card is denominated in the local currency and must be used within the specified validity period, which will be communicated at the time of purchase or on the Gift Card itself. Expired codes will not be accepted, and no extension or reactivation will be provided. The Gift Card code cannot be exchanged for cash, and its value cannot be transferred to credit accounts. Treat the Gift Card code as you would cash; AfriSupermarket is not liable for unauthorized use, loss, or theft. Once the code is used, it cannot be reused or transferred to another account. The Gift Card code is non-transferable, and the cardholder must be the intended recipient of the code. Any remaining balance after a purchase will be stored and available for future use, subject to the original validity period. The Gift Card code cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards or be applied as payment for credit accounts. Returns and refunds for purchases made with the Gift Card code will be processed according to AfriSupermarket's standard return policy, and the refunded amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card code. AfriSupermarket reserves the right to cancel or void Gift Card codes if necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations. The terms and conditions governing the use of the Gift Card code may be modified by AfriSupermarket without prior notice, and the most recent version will be available on the AfriSupermarket website. By using the Gift Card code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing or using the Gift Card code.

Food Safety

  1. While we strive to maintain high standards of quality and food safety, we cannot guarantee the safety or suitability of food items for individual consumption. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have no known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be affected by consuming the food items purchased through our Service.

Delivery Driver Conduct

However, Dial-a-Wholesale Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activities committed by delivery drivers, including but not limited to theft, fraud, property damage, or any other misconduct, provided that Dial-a-Wholesale Ltd. had no prior knowledge of such activities.
  2. We conduct background checks and verification processes to assess the suitability of delivery drivers. However, it is important to note that the actions and behaviors of delivery drivers are beyond our direct control, and we cannot guarantee their actions or prevent unforeseen misconduct.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our Service.

Termination
